Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Setting up your trading bot involves a few simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Bots section in your dashboard
  2. Click "Create New Bot" and select your preferred strategy
  3. Configure your risk parameters and trading preferences
  4. Connect your exchange API (with trading permissions)
  5. Activate your bot and monitor its performance

We use token-based authentication. Generate a token from your dashboard and include it in the Authorization header for each request.

  • Permissions: Read-only by default; write/trading scopes require 2FA confirmation
  • Key Storage: Tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time
  • IP Controls: Optional IP allowlists are supported

Default limits are applied per token to ensure stability:

  • Public endpoints: 60 requests/minute
  • Authenticated endpoints: 30 requests/minute
  • Bursts: Short bursts are allowed; sustained excess returns HTTP 429

Higher limits are available on upper-tier plans. Contact support for adjustments.

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure
  • Logs & telemetry: 90 days default retention for diagnostics
  • Backups: Encrypted backups retained for 30 days

You may request deletion per our Privacy Policy.

  • Availability: 24/7 ticketing; live chat weekdays 08:00–20:00 UTC
  • Response times: Standard within 8 hours; Priority (Pro/Enterprise) within 2 hours
  • Incident updates: Posted on the status page with historical uptime
